got a corsa 1.4 16v b, and im thinking of putting a 1.6 16v in if the car doesnt sell, will it drop staight in, with out changeing loom ect, appart from the ecu, will have to be changed i know. and what will i need to change if i go ahead with the transplant.

We put a C16XE into a car that previously had a X14XE a number of years back, the wiring is totally different as the C16XE has an AFM. I recall one had a seperate injector loom as well?
There was all sorts of issues with 2 wires that exited the loom by the bulkhead, presumably something to do with the transponder or the like?
I would wager that it is far easier to put the X16XE in.

teh x16xe will go str8 in with the change of the ecu being the only real change u need to make
same driveshafts, engine mounts, wire loom and so on
