pretty sure its powerbox off,fuel pipes removed from fuel rail after you de pressurised it then undo fuel rail and loom and remove.Undo each injector and replace as above but other way round.

theres a valve on the end(left) of the fuel rail that looks like a tyre valve.Put a screwdriver in the end and jobs done.

yeh or take out the fuel relay fuse and run the engine until engine cuts out

fuel system aint under that much pressure witht the engine off no need to depressurise

is mine a x14xe?
are 1.4 16v sport injectors the same?

Its still under pressure for a while after the engine is off....
If you leave it a while, then it wont be under much pressure,
