Is there an easy way to get the standard thinmg off? fucking thing! Been crawing about underneath with a GRINDER and still cant move it.

no easy way, use a hammer an a chisle, also i found a hack saw was handy!

Got a plumbers blow torch on mine, get the joiint nice and warm and twist backbox back and forth to twist off and break seal, Tip, use a bar across the mounting bars that go into rubber for leverage.
got me b-box off with no damage and is in mint condition ready to go back on if needs be
