i have currantly done a deal with my corsa sri 1.4 for a nova 1.2 and i have had the nova 3 days now. when we done the deal we checkd each overs car out and tell each over wats wrong with them ect and was happy with them, so we then do the deal a swap, swop papers keys ect ect, and go home,
now the lad has bein on the phone 3 days later saying he wants to swap back cause he dont like it and is saying there is problems with the car, parts broke ect ect,
he reckons buy law if the oponent wats there car back they can do buy the law and they have 7 days to swap back ,
but if we was on a forcort yes id belive it but its a private sale , and i dont
is this true and whats your advise guys??

He has no feet to stand on with this.
Tell him to fuck off,he had the chance to check car etc
Did you sign a contract??or agreement?if not then whats he got to hold you to?

no we didnt sign any fink although i should off, yess we check each overs car over and that, he was on the floor looking under mine and sed he was happy with it all.

no i dout it, i sed to him '' if you went out and brought a corsa c20let for £4000 took it home the next day off you went out in it and it went bang conrods though the caseings ectect would you go back and ask for your money back'' he goes '' no its differnt'' i sed no its the same if you think about it theres just no money involved in it,

Dont give in to him mate honest.
I sold my old saxo to a guy,a week later the alarm went on it,he phoned me and told me it went and he wasnt happy about it.a told him where to go the car was fine when sold it (which it was ). told him to fcuk off basically and im not a garage i dont give out a warranty but if he wanted to give me an extra £1000 id give him a 12 week warranty lol

mate just tell him tgf a deal is a deal you can't swop then decide you don't like it and even break a part then say you want to swop back
on another note your corsa was quite quick on the way back from the meet haha kept up with sean's

if he is under 18 then he can take you to court , as he is a minor ie under age a child still , this happined to my mate and they ripped his car to bits and he had to give the young guy his cash back and he got a fecked car back

he is 18, if this does happen will be a shame but il smash the car up myself and say this is how i recievd it,
and the log book has already gone.
