Aye; you can - upload them to photobucket.com or equivalent...

Then, copy the bit that says image code and paste it in here

You can post pictures of your car in threads, but you can't host them on here. As the other guys said, use Imageshack.us or Photobucket.com so host your images and then copy the code, click the insert image button

, paste the code in and click OK.
