heat up the glue between the glass and the plastic either with a heatgun/hair dryer or oven!
Once its soft enough prize both halves apart.
Respray the chrome plastic insert black
Reseal by heating the gluey silicone stuff again and stick back together, use extra silicone if the seal isnt good enough to make it waterproof.
