Probably a stupid question but as of yet i can't find the search button

My question is, my corsa doesn't have one of the clock/date/temp displays fitted to it.

If i buy one, would the car be pre-wired for one? I've read some tutorials and fitting wouldn't be much of a problem, but it's just the electrics side of things i'm wondering about.
