Is it true that on the corsa 20xe hubs n driveshaft conversions a 3mm spacer/washer has to be used between the cv joint and the hub bearing

i have neaver heard of it i dont no about motorsport shafts/hubs but with normall tapered shafts they reach the hubs as normal shafts would, dont no where you got that from????

Only read this on the site above it says that with the motorsport hubs 3mm spacers are needed, i noticed that when you buy them from LMF, Chris Astley etc they come with washers of some sort
