Ive had to install Microsoft XP SP2 again on my computer, that wasnt a problem. Once i had done this i connected to the internet and installed XP SP3.
I then install all the revelent drivers for the computer (Its a Dell machine).
Went to restart the machine and everytime it boots up this comes up.

Basically says IDT Audio system tray application error.
Googling that comes up with this:
http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19176987/19299973.aspx#19299973
Basiclly i think there is a clach between the audio drivers that were downloaded in SP3 and the dell audio drivers.
Can anyone shed any light on this, as to how to get rid of this error message. And the speakers work fine btw

its obviously a program that runs in your start up.
What you want to do is run msconfig in your run prompt
Select the startup tab and then find the conflicting program and make sure it doesnt come on the start up
