I prefer the 8900 Curve purley because of it's size.
Think the bold is sooo big Much better suited to a bird who can cart it round in her bag.
Also you can go on youtube with it.

Ive got the Bold, it isnt for me at all really, the buttons are too small. It is a good phone though.

Is the bold the newer or older blackbery than the curve?

I thought, looking at the pics, that the curve 8900 was bigger than the bold?

So the 8900 is smaller slightly than the bold, and the specs look better than the bold, but it is cheaper than the bold here?
Probably going to go for the 8900

and its not made of as nice materiels like the bold. If u think they keys are small on the bold then the curves are tiny.
Bold ftw imo.

Yeah, just read earlier that the Curve doesn't have 3G.
The main reason of getting the Blackberry is for my emails so not sure which one to go for now really...

Agreed the bold is a nicer phone, better features and better put togteher but people will laugh at you in the street with one cos it is a big unit, heavy too and looks too business like to be used by the consumer markert IN MY OPINION

Cheers boys.
I looked at the specs on the blackberry site, and size wise there isnt THAT much of a difference. (Half a cm in width, and 3/4 of a cm in height)
Weight: Curve - 110 grams Bold - 136grams
Blackberrys are quite common over here, so getting laughed at wouldn't really happen tbh! Leaning more towards the Bold for the 3G though...

no point in the curve tbh, get the bold. It looks nice, every blackberry except the 8120 is "big" if you want a small phone get a samsung e590
