As long as they are getting thier money they are happy.

The price differecnce between contract and simplicify is not too much. Personally i went contract due to some of the other bits you get and prefer monthly cost than an up-front lump sum

You get a bolt-on with the simplicity tarriff. Unlimirted Texts/o2 Calls/Web etc.

I was expecting a kick-off from o2 when I rang to change my insurance.

I gave the IMEI of my new phone and said to insure it, They got smart and asked for Proof of purchase. E-mailed it across as it was less than 14 days since I bought it. They had to.

o2 Didn't get my cash, Apple did
