you aint heard my car go past ya then ive only got 1 15" XPLOD in the boot of mine and mine too rattles like a fother mucker, the way i see it, i cant hear the rattles when im in my car blastin it out. the only way of sortin it without soundproofin it all, is either turn ya stereo down or i find if ya parked up listenin to it, open ya boot normaly takes rattles away hehe

the rattles is just the moving air hitting the walls of the car and having no where else to go, so put the sub in an open area, i.e. facing the oppositte side of the boot

its not all about how much wattage you have, you can get lower power and sound better!

or you can use marley tape from wickes, its cheaper than dynamat but also thinner
so you need more layers, does help with the rattles though

your right it isnt all about wattage my xplod 15" is a 1400W but im only running it from a 500W xplod amp and it sound absolutely quality and clear also got JBL door speakers and 6x9's but like i say, still rattles i think if you put a sub in any car after a while it will loosen a few things up and begin to rattle
