Does anyone on here do engine transplants?
Would be a relatively simple one, as I have an x14xe at the moment, but seems to be giving up, so want a x16xe chucked in!
So I was wondering if anybody would be willing to sort that out for me? I am in south wales, but would be willing to travel to someone to get it done!
Or any companies that would do it?
Cheers,
Kris

I would love to! That would be perfect for me! But how do you go about moving and engine?
Like when I ring up the scrappys or whatever and get an engine, im guessing you cant just pick it up, so whats needed?
Also, ive got hex sockets, wrenches, molegrips, and some other tools. Sound about right?
Is it actually a case of old one out, new one in...done!
Thanks

yeah the X14XE to X16XE is literally a straight swap.
Sure a few off us in regional section "could" probably help. I'm great at ordering food and entertaining people
I say put an appeal in our section mate see what's occurring
