right, im goin to swap my 1.4 sport for a c20xe that needs new alternator and mayb brakes bleeding, plus £50, any think thats abit cheap?

what should i look at to make sure im not bein sold a pup?

He might just want rid because he cba paying £2K insurance on it plus the high road tax.
Or it might be a complete dog, but that is the gamble with any second hand car.

Get it checked over by a competent mechanic before agreeing anything.

And if something seems too good to be true, then it usually is!



I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

yeh, well im not planning on walking up to the guy and swapping log books.

i need to kick the tire 3times 1st lol.
