I have an iso image that i need to burn to CD that needs to be bootable. If i mount the iso image then load up a virtual PC it will virtually boot, however if i burn the iso to cd it wont boot i tried copying the files off the mounted CD into a new project and burn that to a new cd with "make CD bootable" selected. that booted fine to a sorta command prompt with a:\ but wouldnt let me reselect D:\ to start the install. WTF is going on. i need to get this sorted asap =[

I had to do this just the other day, wasted 2 disks with Nero
Try 'InfraRecorder' instead, worked first time for my Linux bootable disk.

I use imgburn now instead of nero, great little program.
You were doing it wrong in nero though if it was a bootable iso.
It only gets complicated when you are trying to add your own boot files.
