its not a case of slapping some bodies on to get the gains, even tho you will, to get the full potiential out of them you will need to up rate alot more things,
you'll need
inlet for TB
TB set up
Standalone
and some one to map it
a good 2 grand before you make any gain

ring either
QED motorsport for their direct to head throttle bodies
or SBD for their ITB's. get them as complete kits with ecu, loom etc iirc.
but need to find someone who you trust to map. to get the 208bhp SBD claim you need to run their manifold and suitable system. + have a very good motor.
not cheaper, with manifold/system prob looking at £2500 or touch more

what about carbs as in twin 45's they would be a cheaper option and give a good gain?

good gain, but still looking at about £600 for carbs then having them jetted too suit. despite what people will say aslong as linkages, are good then shouldnt have to have them set up all the time.
there cheap anyway, just had a look on mig, guessing your on about the one with megasquirt ecu?
megasquirt is a cheap home built ecu(buy everything to make) and even though can map its not brilliant. also bike tbs are only £50-70 off ebay, so thats not a bad price

as long as it runs good no mean?..im looking a good bit of extra power, maybe up around the 200 bhp mark would be nice! guys are quoating on migweb that they have seen increases of up to around 208bhp with the proper ecu setup!

you can BUT thats ONLY if you use the SBD throttle body kit and exhaust manifold and decent system. on a fresh engine, no good putting throttle bodies on a 120k mile motor as it would already to down on stock power.
some people think with the sbd kit just the bodies get the engine to 208bhp, it doesnt it will do that with the manifold.
the megasquirt works, just its not exactly the best.
200bhp is quite high, need good motor to start, headwork, pocketed pistons, some decent cams and bike carbs/bodies or proper carbs or throttle bodies and decent manifold. not cheap. ive got £7k in my xe and thats for a 250or so bhp spec and i do all my own work
