Hello im rebuilding a redtop that i have in my corsa and was wanting to fit some carbs or throttle bodies and could do with some advice. Whats the best way to go, carbs or throttle bodies?? and what are the better versions to fit i.e. webber 45's or del orto throttle bodies?????????

how much u want to spend?
carbs can be done alot cheaper but wont be setup as accurately as tb's.
the tb's will produce better results but good results on carbs are also achieveable and still for good money.
total vauxhall did a guide back along to tell you how to fit them aswell bud

selling another engine to fund with some other money aswell, got around 1200 quid to play with i want to make it quick so what you rekon??? cams and verniers aswell??

Weber and Dellorto are both Carbs.
£1200 could get you a second hand throttle body kit

Need fitting kit for let engine and shafts f28 mount work disks calipers cv joints 4wd blank plate and costs are just huge

same fitting kit as the xe almost. will use same shafts as your xe and calipers and cv joint.
only thing you will need is 4wd blank plate

not that expensive, doesnt it use standard f28 mount?
