Well people i was sent on drive to wolverhampton the other day which is 120 miles from where i live so anyway off i went on my travels, on my journey i did about 1 an half hours driving as i came to a roundabout my revs dropped below 1000 and wanted to cut out so i pulled over gave the engine a rest for 20 mins started it up again and the icon with the engine and lightning bolt symbol (engine management i think) came on for ages then went off and still engine wanted to cut out when came to junctions or roundabouts, it even did it on the motorway when i needed to slow down was kinda scary, Anyone got any ideas what it could be?????

it kinda looks like a spark plug looking thing on exhuast manifold. With a wire on the end you will see it better under the car. And see it
