for people who have wooden flooring or laminated flooring how do YOU protect it when a office chair is used on it?
protective mat's are they any good
or
wooden flooring casters not sure on them

Probably best to just get a mat to be honest and somehow make sure the matt can't slide along the floor.

I have laminated flooring in my bedroom back home and had a chair with plastic wheels on the bottom.

When the wheels didnt move (as sometimes they didnt) when you used to push back to move back from your desk it used to scratch the flooring. Not really visible unless you closely inspected it, but was still doing it.
