Took dials out to change the faces of them.
Now the speedo is circa. 10mph out

I was careful when changing the dials faces too
Any ideas?

Mine did the same, They electric?
Take the face off the cluster, remove the speedo pin and refit in the 0 position.
Worked on mine. 2 minute job.

Yeah, leccy. In the sport.

I didnt think the speedo/rev needles came off

I thought it was only the petrol and temp ones that pop off.

But, mine starts in the zero position its just when im rolling that its 10 mph out (ie. 40mph rolling speed is read as 30mph on the clocks)

when I changed the needles on mine I had to adjust the speedo one and the rev one to get them reading correct again. The way I did it (mine's electric too), is when it's reading 10mph over, take needle off and move it down 10mph. Just be careful not to break needles

Mine used to jump to 10mph as soon as the ignition was on.
I just left ignition on removed needle and refitted it.

my speedo sits just over 0 and drops down to 0 when the ignition is put on and my speedo reads right all around the speedo, it said exactly what my sat nav said all the way to 112
