Just jumped into the car ths morning and notticed that the needle on the rev clock is jumping up and down like mad, but its driving perfect.. when i drive at a constant speed the needle sits at the bottom like the car isnt even on but if i give it to her it jumps about like mad..
anyone know what this is?

sure is the rev counter and not the speedo?
if it is the rev counter it may not be the clocks but the sender

speedo is working dead on just the revs isnt...
its not moving at all now... lol
where or how is the revs measured?

would say it was a transducer problem id say it was you clocks were tin hatted

the revs are measured from the ignition coil mate
