He's disconnected the button on the wheel, he needs to disconnect the actual horn.
It's just a pull off spade type connector.

were have you disconected it from?? if youve done it on the steering wheel, tape the 2 spade connectors up behind the horn on the wheel,'' if you tap them 2gether its goes off'', so just tape them up seprate and that should solve it.

mine done that too but mine was connected up and as soon as i pressed the horn button and let go the horn carried on going off on its own so i had to disconnect it from behind the grill, think it may be a trapped wire somewhere or a bad earth
