Damn, since cancelling my Orange contract when they fucked up with their call charge thing, I've been hunting for my next phone, it won't be an iPhone or e71. Currently have an HTC Touch HD, but I fancy a return to my original mobile phone love, Sony Ericsson. So I had my eye on:
Sony Ericsson Satio
or Sony Ericsson Aino (not a smartphone)
But now the Noka n900 has shown itself:
And now the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 has been officially revealed. Not too keen on having Windows Mobile again, mind.
Just got myself an o2 Simplicity 1 month rolling contract for £20 till they're out so I have another month before they'll start being released.
Anyone else looking for a new phone soon or know of any others that are sexy,wifi/gps/touchscreen enabled and have a decent camera+flash?

I'd be all over that n900 providing it's not as crap as my 5800... whatever happened to keypads ffs, I find touch screens too fiddly when I'm trying to use it quickly in work/drunk etc etc
the sony offerings look quite good mind to say the least

It's got the new Maemo operating system which looks classy . The only thing bugging me about it is the touchscreen - it's a resistive one as opposed to a capacitive ala the iphone, so you actually have to push the screen rather than just brush it, which is never AS fluid. Saying that the first and last Sony Ericsson there are the same damn it.
If you have a 5800 you might like this though, the Nokia X6 I think. Coming soon.

If you want a fancy camera you are betting going sony or samsung or something with 10 billion megapixels.

That I will, with my current phone it's too slow and lacking to take sexy pics in the dark The best for this was my SE K800i! Was awesome.
Doug there's the X2 and the X3 coming out - and the X3 apparently is running Android, but it's called Rachael or something.. no details yet.

it will allow you to see images from a ps3,not control them through the phone.

Lee is right, the feature is called Remote Play, but you can't play games though it, just view videos and images and watch TV if you have a tuner thing.
