Best thing you can buy for the 1.4/1.6 engine without spending ££££.

Cost around £180 for a powerbox style, or £280 for a lexmaul. Give around 10-15bhp depending on what else is done to it.

try a de cat pipe for your exhaust there pritty cheap, you could also drill the airbox or add an induction kit, maby even cam it, these are all relitivly cheap
