had door card off for no aparent reason and noticed they are wires just behind door handle just taped up, they for tweeters or electric mirrors :S ? just wonderd if it'd just be a case of buying tweeters and plugging them into wires? ... because it's a van they think we don't want tweeters or electric windows!! lol

More then likely for tweeter, you should just be able to wire some up.
