Have a server that keeps powering down at no specific times and there's nothing in the event logs.
Anyone used any diagnostics software to test hardware/software? SBS 2003 btw

Un-Activated copy of SBS? They shut down every few hours without warning.

dodgy power supply
cpu or chipset overheating causing a shutdown
they won't show in the event logs... and will cause what you say is happening...
