If its been dispatched, no. If it hasn't been dispatched you may be able to cancel.

When my other half bought her new laptop from Dell's website they didn't take payment for it until it had been dispatched.
P.S. isn't monday a bank holiday?

had the same prob mate play them at their own game refuse delivery as it costs them an arm and a leg
(we used to do all UK and Irish delivery s a few moons ago before we binned the contact before the moved out of Europe and the delivery and re delivery is allot more than what the customer pays)
and the service centre are a waste of space
i ordered 1 on the 14 dec for delivery within 48 hrs but eta was 7 jan 3 pissing weeks so called them and asked why delay told due to demand so i said cancel it then was told they could not WTF its not even built yet
money was took out on the 14 and then put back in a few days ago so not sure what they are playing at but i called the bank and was told if they take the money out again they are breaking the law so could be interesting
ended up buying 1 of ebuyer on sat night with it delivered on monday now thats service
would not use dell ever again bunch off toss pots in my option
biggest reason is due to them moving the operation out of limerick and to India or whatnot so its all tex book replays when calling the service centre

Dell are awful and everything they make is rubbish so I will never use them ever again.
Saying that, I haven't used them but my dad has. So I will continue to not use them for anything.
