My Onkyo Reciever, seems to have gotten quieter... IS this normal after x hours?
As before i used to listen to most tings around 30... now i have to turn it to 40+
Just unsure if im going deaf / the speakers have "bed" in... they generally degrade over time etc???
Or maybe its just because i have a cold

Never noticed this before with 4 Onkyo receivers. However, different sources will have different volumes. For Sky HD I have to whack it up to 60 or so, whilst the PS3 is quite happy at 40.

Well, this is my first so i have nothing to compare it against..
The ps3 is usually <40 whereas the ipod dock/radio used to be 30..now ive had to increase to 45ish.
I think ill wait till im over the flu then re assess..possibly RMA
