Hi, I've recently replaced the head gasket on my x14xe and when it runs the coolant pulley is making a really awful noise, its really loose on the wheel, is there anyway of getting it to stay on there without it moving around?
Or would this noise be from a different pulley/sprocket?
any help would be much appreciated!
Also the car doesn't like to start (it hasn't been ran since late October) you've got to rev it to make it start when you turn the engine over otherwise is just dies!
Any suggestions or solutions would really help.
Thanks!

Coolant pully? You mean water pump?
Change it before tthe cambelt moves too much and you bent lots of valves.
