Hello, i'm wondering if any body could tell me how to disconnect this conector circled in red, as even if i disconnect it the blue plug wont fit through the inlet?

i'm trying to remove the whole engine btw...

You turn the black ring and apply pressure and it just pops apart iirc.

No need to undo any of the injector plugs, and half of the blue plug stays there.
