look at some and was a bit confused... right you move battry to the boost and take a earth off the negative terminal and bolt it too the chassie and the boost and take the live from the boot and connect it the the live cables but what about the earth teminal where the battery used to be ? to you just hide them as they are connected too the chassie ?

connect the old earth cables that USED to connect to the battery to the shell... make sure you clean the paint off under the new bolt that you install to ensure the ground is good!

quote: take the batterey out
unbolt your battery tray "if rusted to fuck get a new one"
get a good earth wire and bolt it to the car chasis remove all paint and bolt down
go to halfords and get a pos and neg terminal "i got earth wire from there to"
bolt batterey tray to the boot floor i put it in wheel well "removed spare wheel bracket"
then i got the power wire from
http://www.autoeurope.co.uk/
he even fitted the end bits on
run that down the car cut off the pos terminal and join together i cut half the terminal off and used the bolt and hole them taped up and out of way.
the neg terninal i just taped up out of the way
then connect it all up
any holes in boot floor to bolt the baterey tray down i waxoiled afterwards to stop it from rusting

A fuse that will not blow when cranking will be pointless.
So no you dont.

Why do you need a fuse? Surely all you need is some longer wires. Join the wires...and it's done.
