Customer calls wanting Just Dance

Customer calls asking where a game is when they only ordered it a day ago

‘Big store in Hull’

Customer wants to go through to a store but keeps saying the street name instead of the City

Customer calls about Husbands/Wife’s account and gets angry when we can’t discuss it with them

Customer makes a sexual innuendo and you struggle not to laugh

Customer calls about their Xbox but when you ask which one it is they either say Xbox 360 or Xbox Live
Customer apologises for coming through to customer service when they think it’s a store
