thinking of buying these would they be ok avo coilovers with 225lb springs would they be ok cause my cheep fks are quite bad

I think 250-275lb is more commonly used. They are only £20 new a pair off of AVO.

do you know were i can get the springs from just looked on avo and couldnt find coilover springs
