Starts fine, Rev it to any RPM, comes back down and almost dies (I presume it drops to about 500rpm) and sometimes (when warm it will stall), havn't driven the car on the road yet.

EML is also permanently on.

Any ideas?

egr valve airflow meter icv could be anything mate any more info

yip if its the egr or the air flow i have both less than 6munth old if you need them

I was thinking ICV too, il give it a clean up too.

I dont think its EGR, will have a propper play once its MOT'ed

mine is doing exactli the same thing seems to be the air flow meter

mines did do similiar thats why a changed afm

I would just get it pugged in, instead of buying sensors like i did.

I cleaned out the ICV, no change.

Gonna leave it until i can get it run down my mates workshop and il plug it in.

You cant clean the ICV on a 1.0! Its an electronic sealed unit.
