it will be hard if you havn't done it before, the easiest bit is fitting the engine, hardest is making it run (wiring involved, that's why it may be easier to simply "swap" the loom over, rather than chop your existing to bits).
-engine side mount because you're going from 8v to 16v
-full loom (very easier, safer to strip the car out and fit a FULL loom than chop an existing one)
-ECU/transponder/key chip
-full exhaust
-exhaust manifold
-inlet manifold
-engine block & gearbox
-any extras (pas, air con)
-driveshafts
-brakes
