Got a Corsa C 1.2

Question is , i know how to change my brake pads but i dont really know when i should. Ive just checked them and they are on 4mm, what thickness to you let them get down to before you change, someone told me its 2mm, if thats right how long would i have before its gets to 2mm though.

I cover around 9000 miles a year max

really depends on your driving style .... but they shouldn't wear to quickly, so just check them once a month and you should be safe
