before christmas my clutch cable snapped twice, and was told i need new clutch had one fitted and its gone twice scince, was wondering if anyone knew why this was happening?  thanks jake

mine kept snapping
but stopped after i changed the clutch
i was told i napped because of the pressure plate

Which end is snapping?
The ratchet on your clutch pedal might be fucked up and its fraying the cable.

my 12v used to do this, I put a proper vauxhall cable on it rather than a cheap one and it didn.t snap again. But that did need a new clutch, was on full adjustment, that's why it kept snapping, cause of the pressure on the cable.
