I'm grabbing a copy from the special shop but apparently this release has some proper fucked up DRM protection to stop the pirates, even EA.com's editor in chief was having issues and twittered it! Trailers look good, I'll be giving it a go on my new rig and will report back

I want to know what this game is like before i buy it, i love the C&C series!
Ive heard its ment to be bollocks and very different to previous versions but i still want to buy it.

Obelisk's FTW, used to really love these in multiplayer. Stack them up outside your base and you dont even need any units for defence.
The new ones in C&C 4 look awesome

I'm disgusted that this is a Command and Conquer title, it's horrible.
Obelisks are crap, what happened to that terrifying hum about 15seconds before it unleashed and oneshot your tank?

genrals was last time it was pretty good ... and i agree with leighton .. supcom ftw 
on tib sun ... imo that was a good game .. not great grx wise but played well imo. but the time that came out homeworld did .... and homeworld owned it imo

This game is terrible, like FruitBooTeR said you can't construct a base all you have it a 'crawler' that can construct attack units and if that gets destroyed you can just deploy another one. The game completely took the fun out of the C+C series and Im glad its the last in the tiberium series to be honest. The storey line is also shit, I personally think you'd have a better gaming experience if you just watch the youtube vids for the endings. Glad I didnt 'purchase' it. Rant over
