so just change the valves if it hasn't gouged the combustion chamber, and if its cracked a valve guide or two then get them replaced as most people dont when rebuilding a engine and wonder why the buggers drink oil even tho they change stem seals and rings..

If you go down the x16 route it wont feel as quick even tho it will only be 4bhp difference and you'll need to run a different maniold ect.. Up to you tho

not really its just time consuming and a little fiddly with the colits but thats about it.. You will need to get the stem's checked tho as they could have cracked depeding on how badly bent the valves got.

Head isnt a dif port design, its just slightly smaller. The egr is on the lower inlet and seeing as the c16 doesnt have an egr then it doesnt matter anyway. Valve sizes are the same on both the heads. So to answer question. A x16xe wil fit straight on. And u wont feel a dif between 2 stock heads over 3bhp. Also inlet and ex wil fit, the ONLY dif between the pair is the inlet on x16 is tad smaller thats it.
