It normally isn't, I typed that too quickly and didn't review it after. They're clearly not spelling mistakes, they're typographical errors.

This place is actually getting fucking ridiculous with the Grammar Nazis. It isn't as if I wrote in text speak or that it was illegible.

So I repute that my spelling is shocking but I will accept that my proof reading skills, when sat using an internet forum, are not great.

lee didn't notice the spelling mistakes myself!

they have said they changed the locks, but we are just going to put a new front door in and fit a burglar alarm, should be ok.

going to pay deposit today, and stick the contract in the post, then it's legally binding

faraway enough to not hear it another house we looked at was about a 1 minute walk to primark in lakeside, which is too close

this house is a 5 minute drive away, so approx 20 minutes to walk.

should come and live on a council estate for a few weeks with only a Jack Russel called George as protection, I wouldnt have even given it a second thought tbh

I know burglers are a bit stupid but I doubt they would come back to the same house for a set of keys they already took for a car they already have...
