Hi there
sometimes when i start my car it will start but then not idle, just keeps stalling, i drive it for a while and then it comes rite.
anybody got any idea what is going on?

What's up? It's me, Tony.
Had the same problem as you. Turned out to be the idle control valve. It's situated right above your air filter just before the throttle body. You've got the 8 valve head, right? It's very easy to remove with the 8v head. The 16v Opels need a hell of a lot of stripping down to get there! Had mine cleaned out with some WD40 and it's as good as new! Sometimes it doesn't help though and you might have to get a new one! But I definetly had the same prob! Sometimes when coming to a stop at the lights, my engine would die!

What engine have you got?
Like Tony's said, It's a pain to get to on the 16v engines but it can be done with a lot of swearing.
