Hey, I got some lowering springs for my birthday and I've changed the back as that is really easy to do yourself but I can't do the front as I don't have any spring compressors and I don't trust myself with doing the fronts, I'll probably end up taking my eye out.
My question is, typically, how much would it cost if I took the strut, just the strut to a garage and got them to change the springs over?
Don't really want to pay to much as I don't have much money!
Thanks

proberly the same price it would cost to get a set of spring clamps and do it yourself, but if done by garage then you know its (supposed ) to be safe, if you think you can do it, have a go yourself,

You can get spring compressors for about £13 from Screwfix Direct, I got some and have used them 6 or 7 times and they do the job rather well.
