i cant run any virus scanners (avast). windows defender says its out of date and wont update. the serciuty tap says i have no virus software running but when i try and try on avast it does nothing!

im useing vista

any help guys?

Remove and reinstall avast if you like the product. I recommend the following free combination at the minute.
