I was just browsing Cs, when my laptop decided to die. Just wouldnt do anything, timer spinning.
Forced a shut down after like 10mins of nothing happening. Rebooted, got to the desktop and it just wont load up everything, or allow me to click anything. I can open the start menu, but it takes a decade.
I have also noticed a green line down my screen. If i wiggle screen it goes and comes back.
If i boot in safe mode, it works fine, even with networking.
HELPPPPP!!!

System restore seems to have cured it, but fuck knows what the green lines been caused by, must be a faulty screen now

If your screen was faulty, you'd still see the green line whatever you were doing (i.e. when booting up, in Safe Mode).
Probably a corrupt display driver or laptop is overheating.
