Does anyone else view their bills online?

Im trying to view the pdf of my bill but it wont work..can someone check if they can do it or pop on msn and check mine for me?

Sounds like an issue with their website tbf. Can you right mouse click the link, do a Save-As and download the pdf?

What browser are you using?

I have found that most online PDFs don't work in IE anymore, so have to use Firefox.

Be easier just changing tarriffs.
