Can some1 please tell me what work i need to do to my arches in order to get 17's on woth no scrubbing, even with a full car and boot build. BTW...it lowered 40mm to.

u dont need to do any arch work, u just need the correct profile tyre's

true true, anything between 45et and 49et will be fine sir

Cheers guys...the wheels are ET 45. I jus removed the top 4 bolts from the rear arches, and bonded them back on....jus to be sure of no scrubbing!

i removed 3 bolts and some trim off the plastic rear arches.

the bitch still scrubs over bumps.
et45 dare v2's even with ust me in the car it will rub!

do i need to uprate the standard rear shocks?

fit bump stops to the rear shocks

or alternatly get a rubber mallet and thump the inside of the arches and this will knock them out a little

wouldnt advise u to hit the inside of ur quarters unless u know what ur doing coz it doesnt take alot to kink ur quarters

mine rubs on 16s lowered 60mm, its the right offset and that, its just the arches what needs debolting
