...do I literally just need to fill in a VAT68 form (once all details have been changed at companies house?)

You both need to fill out/Sign this form as soon as the business is transferred. I think you have to send in a VAT1 as well.

If you want the docs on PDF let me know and i'll send them over to you.

VAT registering is pretty straight forward so does seem simple

No, just bought a name off somebody, and he was VAT regd.

Awesome, really is straight forward then.

Are both forms on H&M Revenue site? If so, its ok... if not please could you send them over

VAT1 & VAT68 then?

They will both be on the website.

If you are a partnership you'll need to fill a VAT 2 not VAT 1
