timing mark for c20xe later spec dont know if it makes any differance

Just line the notchs up. Remove the belt pulley and you'll see a big notch line it up with the one on the backing plate. The cam pulleys also have marks line them up with the marks on the cam cover

so 12'o clock for both cams i know this much and 9'o clock for the crank or is it 6'0 clock ?

6'0 clock crank pulley so the notch is facing down with the notch on the oil pump.

Just do 12oclock for both cam pulleys (marks on the rocker cover edge for this) and then using a dowel find TDC through plughole number one and time it up.
Rubber on the pulley can perish and stretch and knock the bottom timing mark out.
