Right im reading round and getting confused, Ive no idea what Froyo is. All I know is I'm on Orange and have the 2.2 update they released. Ive used Unrevoked and its put ClockWorkMod on the my phone which I can get into through holding back on boot but when I reboot my phone all my old stuff is still there and im not rooted?

Ive made my 16gb SD card into a goldcard.

Can someone point me in the right direction for a guide on how to do this??

Froyo is the operating system.

How do you fix it if you brick it? Is it something that'd end up costing money for someone else to fix?
