as above,sorry if this is in the rouge session..
i am moveing out of my dads into my own place but cant aford the £250+ for renting a van
so if anyone on here has a biggish van and would please like to help me i will pay you for doing so.
stuff need moveing from sedbergh,cumbira to bradford only 60 miles,so anyone in ever bradford of cumbria willing to help will be best

It's about 70 quid for a hire van for a day.

yer was looking at a few but alot of them i have looked at cant/wont do do one day i.e saturdays...has to be a full weekend booking and the only day i can do is saturdays

Do you have that much that you NEED a van?
A lot of furniture can be taken apart and a car will be fine to carry stuff back and forward. Might take a few trips but not a disaster tbh.

was thinking this and have done a few allredy for alot of the small things but i have a big wardrobe that weighs about 125kg that cant go in bits,so abit stuck what to do tbh

trying to sort something out with the big borther but he has no time in week really,found a cheap van to rent now i think going to give them a ring in the moring to see if they do just one day weekend rents,i move in this saturday, mate so i dont want to be without a bed for a few days lol

just get a transit. thats what we used, although it took 3 trips for our stuff including stuff in 2 cars also.
wouldn't want to drive 60 miles each way though.

with the price of petrol at the moment i cant see me doing that think am sorted now tho.get the keys to apartment tomorrow and cant wait

Can you not get a Luton from one of the big names for a lot less than that, and rent it whenever you want. You might have to drive to a larger branch to collect at the weekend though.
